At Sweet LittleOrange, we want to make your shopping experience easy and worry-free. If something isn't right, we're committed to making it right.
1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days at cicishops@sweetlittleorange.com with
- Your order number, and
- Clear photos of the issue
We will offer one of the following solutions:
- A full refund with no need to return the item in some cases (depending on product cost) or
- A discount code or a gift card for a future purchase
For Shipping Damage: Take photos of the damaged package before opening and of the damaged items after opening the package. Please send those photos along with your claim.
2. Change of Mind Returns (Customer-Paid Return Shipping)
If you change your mind, you can return your item within 30 days if it is:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Return Process:
- Contact us at cicishops@sweetlittleorange.com to request a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- If approved, we'll send return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund
3. Exceptions
The following items cannot be refunded or replaced:
- Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items
- Final sale or promotional items (including gift cards)
