We deliver to the USA and Canada only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US Territories. All orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), so no additional duty fees apply.

Where is my shipment coming from?
With the exception of a few items, our products are mainly shipped from Canada, US, and China

We offer the following shipping options:
- Free Standard Shipping – Available on orders over $60 US
- Standard Shipping – Typically 14- 20 business days
- Express Shipping – Typically 7- 14 business days

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days before shipping. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Order preparation begins promptly after you place your order, so changes or

How do I use the promo code I received when I subscribed to your newsletter?

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, a small handling fee applies to returns, which varies based on your location. This helps cover processing and shipping costs to ensure a smooth return experience.
How do I submit a return?
1. Contact us at cicishops@sweetlittleorange.com to request a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. If approved, we'll send return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
3. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund.
